Lifestyle Diseases

heart disease, diabetes, cancer and alzheimer's disease are some examples of lifestyle diseases. what is life style diseases?A lifestyle disease is a disease associated with the way a person or group of people lives.Lifestyle diseases are a result of an inappropriate relationship of people with their environment.
peoples' diet changed substantially in the second half of the twentieth century, generally with increases in consumption of meat, dairy products, vegetable oils, fruit juice, and alcoholic beverages, and decreases in consumption of starchy staple foods such as bread, potatoes, rice, and maize flour. These observations suggest that the diets [or lifestyle] of different populations might partly determine their rates of lifestyle diseases. We can prevent this by nutritious food and proper diet. if we don't change this improper lifestyle then our life is at risk day by day.
